Often the key to improving productivity lies in the development of soft skills within an organisation, such as teamwork and communication. Integer offers training in these areas as stand alone courses, such as customer service and team-working skills. In most cases the very fact that a group of individuals from the same organisation are brought together in a common theme will promote teamwork and a sense of value and belonging.

Integer aims to work with clients in the long-term development of their staff, often taking a consultancy role as well as acting as training provider for certain courses. It maybe the case that the training needs analysis identifies provision that Integer does not provide, in this case Integer would offer advice and guidance of whatever provision is
available that best suits the needs in terms of training content, funding opportunities and ease of access. Our associations with a network of Colleges of Further Education and providers of training throughout the UK places us in pole position when it comes to knowing what is available.

In addition to knowing our industry with regards to training courses, we also have a wealth of information at our fingertips with regards to funding. This is hugely important for employers and in today’s tough economic climate every organisation needs to stretch their training budget as far as possible. Some businesses have no training budget at all
and in these instances, Integer strives to match fully fundable training packages as closely as possible to the training needs of the employer/client.

Eligible employees are able to access government funding under the government initiative, Train to Gain, at no expense to employers. Phone Jacky on 01288 357357 for further details regarding Train 2 Gain and other funding opportunities.

Integer has a nationwide team of peripatetic tutors and trainers that offer training on site. Trainers are sector competent and qualified individuals – most of whom have been with us for years. For employers that do not have suitable training facilities in house, Integer will arrange a suitable venue close to your group of learners.

Our team of Account Managers are specialists in their profession and are available to speak to on 0845 130 6263 and/or to arrange a visit to your company to discuss your workforce development needs. Our team will work with you to provide the best training solution for your organisation.
